Launched by Chief Operating Officer Shelley Politte, CSI Cares is a reflection of our company’s deep commitment to community and compassion. Inspired by Shelley’s lifelong dedication to volunteerism and the values instilled in her by family, the program empowers CSI employees to make a meaningful difference in the communities we serve.
Through CSI Cares, each team member receives 16 hours of paid time off annually to volunteer with the 501(c)(3) organization of their choice. Whether it’s lending a hand at a local shelter or supporting educational initiatives, our employees are encouraged to give back in ways that resonate with their passions.
What started as a single branch has grown into a thriving network of four—tripling our employee and customer base. And through it all, the spirit of giving has remained central to who we are. CSI Cares celebrates that spirit, reminding us that kindness is contagious and that even small acts can create lasting impact.
